Our homes have welcomed more than 900 reservations through the big booking sites over the years. But every one of them can also be booked directly through this website, and there are some good reasons to do it that way.

Dream Vacation Days is three homes and one host. There’s no agency in the middle and no call center. When you have a question, whether it’s about the bunk room, the pool dates or how your two dogs will get on, you’re talking to Sandra. She looks after every stay herself, so she knows each house inside out.

No booking-site service fees
Most large booking platforms add a guest service fee on top of the nightly rate. When you book on our site, there’s no platform taking a cut, so that money stays in your vacation budget for seafood dinners and souvenir bats instead.
A clear, fair cancellation policy
Plans change. Cancel more than 30 days before arrival and 97% of what you paid comes back. The terms are set out before you pay, so there are no surprises.
The same thoughtful touches, every time
Booking direct doesn’t change what’s waiting for you: made beds, a stocked kitchen with coffee, spices and wine glasses, beach gear in the cupboard, a Pack ‘n Play ready before you ask, and self check-in with a smart lock or keypad. What changes is that the whole conversation, from your first question to checkout, is with the person who set all of that up.
